Anyone see the new Stillpoints LPI?

I have only listened to a few sides so far and find better inner detail. The background is quieter. I used a stethoscope before and after the swap and it is very easy to tell the difference. The only part I had to make was for the connection to the motor. I removed the IEC connector and cut a piece of wood to mount the connector to. The speed is only drifting by 2 or 3 thousands. I am very happy with new motor!

Just received my LPI V2 today. Figured I’d snap some pics and weights comparing the V1 and V2 for everyone.

Haha, very observant Brf! I’m heavily into Mountain Biking. The steeper the better. 2nd to the Mountain Bike is my Cross Bike (Trek Boone 7). I can’t give the Boone enough praise. From gravel and single track rides, to 75 milers, it’s an amazing bike.

I ride a lot of gravity and take 2-3 Downhill Mountain bike trips a year including both the European and Whistler BC Crankworx events.

Good taste in bikes Brf! About 5 years ago I decided to do a solo mission and ride everywhere I have ever wanted in the U.S. & B.C. I live in Maine and have ridden and raced (eastern states cup) all over the east coast and tri state areas. My first stop on my trip was Brevard, NC. Amazing riding! then ventured to Colorado where I spent a month riding Fruita, Golden, Boulder, Crested Butte, Cortez and Winter Park (Trestle Bike Park) for the Crankworks event. From there I met up with a friend and rode Guardsman Pass in Park City, UT the Hurricane, UT to check out the Rampage site and ride some double red diamond stuff at Gooseberry Berry Mesa. I then ventured to CA. and rode everything in Santa Cruz. The UC and Demonstration Forest stuff is top notch! I then made my way up to Downieville, CA and rode the infamous Downieville Downhill course the weekend after the race. 16 Miles of downhill! It was heaven to say the least. Lastly I made my way to B.C. for the Crankworks event at Whistler. I stayed for about 7 days and tried to test my skills on a few stages of the Enduro World Series. Definitely got a big reality check haha. That riding is no joke. The stuff was so steep and techy that some sections have ropes so people can repel up or down sections if they decide not to ride it out. Once I finally made my way back home to Maine, I moved to San Jose because I loved the riding so much in CA. Scored a job at Tesla but that journey was short lived. Sorry to go on and on. My life is everything HiFi and Bikes (Im the Service Manager at GBS in Portland, ME) so I can go on for hours talking about my adventures. I will say...... If you like Whistler then you MUST go to Winter Park, CO. and ride the Trestle Bike Park! Its At 10K feet so you need to get used to the air BUT the riding in my opinion rivals Whistler! Its really that good. Of course my home Bike Park is Highland Bike Park in NH. which is amazing as well if you havent hit it up yet. OK Ill stop now haha!
