IsoAcoustics Gaia III feet on my VPI HW19JR

IsoAcoustics Gaia III feet on my VPI HW19JR

I took a chance and ordered a set of Gaia III to replace the stock feet on my 30 year old HW19jr. Wow, a huge improvement. All of the positives you hear from using them on speakers, I'm hearing from my turntable. You'll have to let IsoAcoustics know that you need 10-32 thread studs. Highly recommended.

I’ve been thinking about trying these on my Prime. Your review prompted me to order some.

Actually I'm not sure if these would be tall enough to replace the Prime feet and allow enough clearance for the motor. The Gaia III are 1.2" high according to Music Direct. Can anyone verify the height of the stock Prime feet please? I'm not at home to check. I think they are more than that though...

I have 2 friends that have replaced their Classic 3 and Classic 4 footers with Gaia II and have reported excellent results.

Will these work with the Scout 1.1? If so, is it the same size threads? The rubber on my stock feet is worn out pretty bad and haven't heard back from VPI on getting those inserts replaced.

I've been running GAIA II feet under my Classic for over a year now and could not be happier. I posted a review under the GAIA II feet on Amazon. I highly recommend these feet as the noise floor is measurably lower when installed.

Harry (and others who may have an opinion),

On an older HRX that uses the racketball-in-the-foot suspension, what would you think about putting one IsoAcoustics Orea Bordeaux under each of the existing feet? Good, bad, or not worth the effort?
