Actually the Record Doctor and MoFi brushes are velvet -which is replaceable BTW. I'm not sure about felt. The disposable wipes are to spread the rinse water over the surface. Once that's done I vacuum the rinse water off. I do this twice. The last pad becomes the first rinse pad after the first side and a new pad is always spreading the last rinse. Works a charm!
