Just Bought An Aries 3-D

Just pulled the trigger on a new Aries 3-D,,Moving up from my Prime,,Thought I would get one before they stop making them,,,(removed by Admin)

Congragulations on your new toy! May I suggest you get the single motor flywheel assembly as well , but you have to use a speed controller ( SDS Or ADS ) . My sister who recently acquired an Aries 3 noticed a big improvement compared to the original motor. Make sure you post a photo once its setup .

OK called Craig and he said he could get me a single motor flywheel ,,I use the Phoenix Eagle ,,I would think it would work with it,,any thoughts on that ??,,and do you use the Aries belts for it ???,Love your sisters TT ,,Its what got me thinking about buying one,, Thanks Tim

Yes, the Phoenix will work with the single motor flywheel, but I would opt for this.......

Was just thinking,,My Maple block is 17 1/2 X 23 1/2 X 3 Is that enough real-estate with a flywheel motor ??

The Acrylic/Aluminum plinth featured on the Aries would be my choice over the MDF/Aluminum plinth of the Prime Signature also.

The Aries is such a beautiful deck, at a "reasonable" cost, this has me tempted as well :o
