Just curious...

I have a 12" 3DR on my Aries :D
The reason I ask is, that in a picture of the A'gon Add, the seller is measuring from the end of the Tonearm Stub to the Head Shell. I was under the impression that the Tonearm should be measured from the "Bell" or Pivot point to the Head shell.

I stuck a Tape on my 10" 3D Arm and it measured identical to the one pictured in the Add...
Your right ,,It is a 10" in the picture ,,With a 12" the side weight hangs way over the side of the plinth ,,Just looked at my TT ,,, :?

The easiest way to know is to measure the Spindle to Pivot length, 10" arm=258mm 12" arm=300mm

If you look at his pictures and then look at the pictures farther down the page (is a 12") you'll see the difference in the base plate under the VTA tower , The larger black base plate is for the 12"

I SEE! So, the 12" 3D Arm is (was) available on the Ares, it just appears that the Table in question has the 10" Arm...I've learned something today, Thank You!

NO question, a Great Table. If someone would have bought it, expecting a 12" Tonearm, I'm sure they would have been a little PO'd :D Good on you contacting the Seller!
