Mounting Ortofon Cadenza?

Looking to mount the Ortofon Cadenza Bronze on my Prime. Do I use the little screw washers? And if so, do I put them above the finger lifter?

The washer goes on top of the finger lift

you can get so much performance from that cartridge, you will love it. pay very close attention to set up and enjoy.
