Thread seems to be #6-32. I'll check Lowe's and Home Depot.

Actually, just checked with a #8=32 screw and it was a better fit.

Looks like a #8-32 x 1/4" did the trick.

What is the correct size for the pulley in the Classic? My 1/16”seems too big.

A friend had a .05 driver which did the trick to remove the Classic pulley. Now how do I stop the HRX pulley from wobbling like mad?

You need to adjust the 3 allen's till you get it centered

My HRX pulley only has two set screws. The stock Prime pulley has three screws. Maybe they changed the HRX pulley at some point.

Mine only has two set screws and I’ve wasted a couple of hours on it. I’ll play with it again in a few days. Next time I want to burn money, I’ll just light it on fire. Right now I wish I’d never heard of this “upgrade”. No doubt it’s cheaper to buy with only two set screws, but balancing this thing is a PITA.
