Looks nice and interesting.
Too bad most items are in the USA, like the stereo amp part on ebay.
Shipping is 7 USD higher then the what the item is sold for.
Meaning, 15 for the item, 22 for the shipping...

Would love to have just the board and the parts list so for stuff like that.

If I didn't miss anything:

SG4 PCB $15
SG4 Parts $32
MK154 Amp $15
Pwr trans $24
Output trans $19.50 x 2
Case $86 (includes $39 shipping from China)
Lighted SWs $15 x 3

That comes to $256 plus miscellaneous hardware, wire, solder etc.

I already had a toggle switch for the speed control, the on/off switch and an AC outlet, but together, those parts might be $5-$7.

Great Job! The rectangular cut outs are a bear to do ! Looks like you even mounted the display flush with the front panel. Not an easy task with out a massive machine punch.

Just in case no one realized who came up with the design, it's Bill from Phoenix Engineering. While he may be retired, he is still active in the DIY community.

Interesting project that he gave away for non-commercial use. Thanks Bill! He does state that this is not at the Falcon/Eagle/Roadrunner level.

I might have to brush up on my soldering skills.

Given Bill has retired, and (apparently) didn't sell the IP, I wonder if someone could convince him to share those plans with the DIY community?

BTW +1 to all the compliments on the power supply. Really nice work!
